I had no energy, no discipline, and no direction. But something inside me said, "You can do better." So I made myself a promise: I would do ten push-ups every single day. No long-term goals. No pressure. Just ten.

After a few weeks, ten became fifteen. Then twenty. Then forty, fifty. The push-ups opened the door to more.

I started walking—first around the block, then a mile, then three. Walking turned into running, and before I knew it, I could run five miles without stopping.

I changed my diet. Cut out the junk food, the processed garbage, the sugar. Started eating real food—things with ingredients I could actually pronounce.

Within months, I dropped 45 pounds. I'm in better shape now than I was twenty years ago—and it all started with TEN.
