One day I woke up 195 pounds and sloppy.
No energy. No discipline. Overwhelmed and disappointed in myself because there was this tiny voice inside of me that kept echoing:
You can do better
So I told myself,
"Just get out of this bed and do 10 push-ups."
I didn't even think about committing to it long-term.
But somewhere deep inside — maybe even subconsciously —
I did commit to doing at least 10 a day.
And that's where Give Me Ten was born.
That simple, no-pressure decision turned into everything.
Ten push-ups became 15.
15 became 20.
Then I started hitting clips of 40… then 50.
Those push-ups gave me confidence.
That confidence got me walking around the block.
Then walking a mile.
Then 2. Then 3. Then 4.
Then running a mile.
Then 2. Then 3.
Now I can run 5 miles straight.
And I cleaned up my whole diet.
No junk. No processed foods. No sugar.
If it has more than three ingredients — I don't eat it.
Little by little, day by day, push-up by push-up…
I'm now down 45 pounds and in better shape than I've been in over 20 years.
Yes, it sounds amazing.
And yes, I'm proud of myself.
But the truth is simple:
it all started with TEN.
Now put your phone down and GIVE ME TEN.
